This year in September, DRK-Kreisverband Hochtaunus e.V. in Bad Homburg in September converted its old telecare control centre to LMS7 in order to be state of the art. Now over 50 customers are already using our control centre management system version 7.
The control centre is integrated into the social alarm monitoring centre of Hochtaunus district and is manned by three people 24/7. The redundant system was installed at the German Red Cross and is linked to the LMS at the monitoring centre so that the DRK can integrate new data there, update them and act directly in the event of a centre breakdown and process emergency calls from its own location.
Our Technical Support specialists, Mr. Schuster and Mr. Nickel, have installed the control centre in one week and have also equipped it with a MoSec package for mobile calls. The LMS7.6 now ensures increased security at DRK-Kreisverband Hochtaunus e.V.
