Intuitive user interface

Access via a web interface (compatible with laptop, tablet and smartphone)

Firmware updates

All devices can be updated to the latest version remotely

Device to Cloud Services connection intervals

Each device can be configured to ping the server automatically, the frequency of the ping can be adjusted in the configuration.

Template management

Creation of programming templates for faster programming of the devices

Monitoring overview feature

Device status can be quickly reviewed for available firmware updates, GSM and data connections, failed programming attempts and other important information.

Data security

The communication protocol is encrypted by Transport Layer Security (TLS) ensuring a secure connection to the Cloud Services account. Administrators can choose to which personal data to include.

Management of sub-organizations

Creation of sub-organisations which allows users to access specific devices within a group.

Access rights management

Administrators can grant permissions to users, enabling or denying access to editing and reading rights for members of the respective organisation and, if applicable, sub-organisations.

API management (Application Programming Interface)

The Cloud Services API is designed for managing TeleAlarm devices via the customers’ software solutions.
To make it simple, the API allows integrating the Cloud Services functionalities into the company’s IT systems or applications.

Connection notification

The “Connection notifications” feature sends emails showing which devices have no connection.
A maximum of one email per hour is sent.
The email includes the serial numbers of all disconnected devices at the time of the email sending.
