At home, TxGo connects directly to the TA74 home alarm system, ensuring maximum safety and immediate contact with the monitoring center at the press of a button. When leaving the house, the TxGo App on the smartphone takes over: if an alarm is triggered via the TxGo, the app automatically transmits the user’s location to the monitoring center, which then gets in touch with the user. The monitoring center calls the user back – the conversation takes place via the smartphone and includes precise location information. This guarantees that help can reach the user quickly and efficiently.
