Since 1 February 2021, the parent company of TeleAlarm has been operating under the name of “Katek Leipzig GmbH”, which will continue to be managed by Dr Karden as Managing Director. We had announced this strategic takeover of Leesys – Leipzig Electronic Systems GmbH by Katek SE; in the meantime, all the necessary approvals, e.g. from the authorities, have been obtained and the transfer of operations to Katek Leipzig GmbH has thus been completed.
As TeleAlarm we will continue the successful course of the last years. The acquisition is a consistent continuation of Katek SE’s course of further growth in the core area of electronics services on the one hand and, at the same time, the development of new competences in the high-potential, demanding area of high value electronics on the other.
As a sign of belonging to the large “Katek family”, something will also change for TeleAlarm. Red becomes blue: Our logo remains the same, but changes its colour to “Katek blue”. With this we clearly show internally and externally: We are part of a strategically thinking group of companies, we are part of the “Katek family”!
Nothing changes for you; your contact person remains the same, the products continue to come mostly from our factory in Leipzig, quality is our top priority, and we remain in contact with you.
