We would like to inform you that the TeleAlarm Cloud Services platform will receive an update on October 15, 2025.
This update introduces an improvement to device ID management:
A new duplicate device ID warning will now appear whenever a user attempts to assign a device ID that is already in use.
If the same device ID is assigned to multiple devices, the warning message will display the serial numbers of the affected devices as well as their organisational locations.
For instance, if the devices are located in different sub-organisations under the same main organisation, the alert will list the related serial numbers and their corresponding sub-organisations.
If more than five devices share the same device ID, the message will show a maximum of five entries, followed by an ellipsis (…) to indicate that additional devices are affected.
We hope this improvement will make it easier to manage your devices efficiently and reduce potential errors in configuration.
