Our quality management system ensures complete customer satisfaction and, at the same time, places value on economic growth. In order to meet its own high quality standards, the QM system is audited annually in accordance with ISO9001 by the certification body TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.
ISO 9001:2015: latest international standard
With the amendment of the ISO 9001 standard, the quality management team, headed by manager Daniel Schwendener, has successfully met the challenge of adapting the quality management processes to the standards and requirements adopted in November 2015. With certification to ISO 9001:2015, this process is now complete.
Compliance with the provisions of the ISO standard, as well as their practicability, suitability and effectiveness, is not only checked annually by TÜV SÜD, but is also verified by regular checks by the company management. The certificates apply to the areas of development, production, sales and customer service of electronic security and telecommunications systems.
An essential principle of standard 9001 is the process orientation of the QM system, which accompanies all essential operational processes and puts them to the test. This ensures that optimisation opportunities can be uncovered even in good organisations.
