UK Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our UK team and contribute to our mission-driven work.

Your tasks:
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, or online video conference applications
• Resolve complex product issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and their technical specifications to effectively address customer enquiries
• Deliver product training sessions to customers, both remotely and in person, to ensure effective use of our products and maximise customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
• Assist in the preparation of tender proposals and responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
• Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities to drive sales growth
• Responsibility for achieving specified targets

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
• 3–5 years’ experience within the assistive technology sector
• Proven experience in technical support, sales support, or related roles within the technology industry
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools
• Willingness to travel
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a team-oriented outlook
• Full driving licence
