TeleAlarm has acquired all shares in the Dutch service provider ZorgServicePunt+ from its current owner, a Dutch foundation, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2024.<\/p>\n
ZorgServicePunt+ offers healthcare organisations a wide range of home care support services, including home emergency call systems, home access solutions, activity monitoring, video communication and other care automation tools.<\/p>\n
Combining the service expertise of ZorgServicePunt+ with the hardware and software expertise of TeleAlarm opens up new opportunities for our customers to help improve quality of life for people in need of care and their relatives.<\/p>\n
This acquisition takes a long-standing successful partnership to a new level. “We are convinced that we can generate even more benefits for our customers by combining the service expertise of ZorgServicePunt+ with the hardware and software expertise of TeleAlarm,” said Dr Arnd Karden, Managing Director of TeleAlarm.<\/p>\n
