A new year has begun and in keeping with the dual-faced god Janus, to whom January owes its name, we are looking forward when it comes to changes at TeleAlarm, but also back, to some innovations that we initiated in 2018.
\nFor 2019 we have again planned participation in a number of trade fairs and training events, and there will also be some long-prepared improvements to our product range will be implemented this year.<\/p>\n

An Outlook: Product Improvements<\/h3>\n

A new innovative smoke detector will soon be available to our customers and we will also be offering more services and accessories for our Carephones and beyond: further innovations are planned for the TA7x family and TeleAlarm Cloud Services as well as for the control centre management system.
\nIn the NurseCall area, we are also working on offering you new, contemporary products.<\/p>\n

See and Be Seen: Fairs<\/h3>\n

Our first trade fair of the year will take place from 12\u201314 March at the ZORG & ICT in Utrecht, Netherlands.
\nIn April you can meet us as usual again at the Altenpflege in Nuremberg: from 2\u20134 April we will be in Hall 9, Stand B78, at the leading trade fair for the care industry.
\nAs further exhibition dates we have noted the 4th Pflegemesse in Dresden from 31 August\u20131 September, as well as the International Technology Enabled Care Conference in Birmingham, UK, from 15\u201316 October.<\/p>\n

In View of Changing Costs: New Price Lists and Shipping Charges<\/h3>\n

Also in 2019, we intend to offer the best possible service and products of the highest quality. In order to maintain this standard as well as to be able to implement the continuous endeavour to produce and act in an environmentally friendly manner, new price lists have been in force since 1 January.
\nIn addition, since New Year\u2019s Eve there has also been a change in the scale of freight costs, which are based on the respective order value:
\n\u2013 Value of goods under GBP 100.00 (without VAT) \u2013 GBP 30.00 plus VAT.
\n\u2013 Value of goods under GBP 300.00 (without VAT) \u2013 GBP 25.00 plus VAT
\n\u2013 Value of goods under GBP 500.00 (without VAT) \u2013 GBP 20.00 plus VAT.
\nFor goods valued above GBP 500.00 (without VAT) we deliver free of shipping costs.<\/p>\n
