In order to keep pace with the individual requirements of patients and customers, our systems are specifically geared to the different needs of the elderly or those who require assistance. High-quality Carephones and versatile accessories ensure greater security at home and a more independent everyday life. Via the use of a modern radio transmitter, it is now much more straightforward for the individual to call for help in an emergency – both quickly and easily. Depending on the situation, the emergency services, the nursing service or a family member is contacted via a 24-hour control centre.

Intelligent Carephones for independent living adapt to the behaviour of the user and are therefore able to activate an alarm independently and systematically if necessary. The time between an incident and a call for help can be considerably reduced with this self-learning, freely configurable system.

Patient call systems are also appropriate for nursing facilities or retirement homes. Using radio manual transmitters and peripheral devices allows dementia patients to move around in a free and uninhibited manner. An alarm is only activated when the patients leave a pre-defined area, so that nursing staff can act accordingly. This means that the patient call systems not only support the independence and security of elderly people and those with physical disabilities, but also ensure a reduction of the workload in retirement homes and thereby ensure the best possible care.

Moreover, the corresponding software solutions are also available for all systems. In order to keep pace with continually growing demands and more and more complex communication methods, the software can be flexibly scalable and can be modularly adapted to the needs of the users as they develop.
